아동복지시설 종사자의 사례관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = 지역아동센터 종사자를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지역아동센터는 2004년 이후부터 양적으로 증가하여 지역사회 아동들에 대한 서비스의 폭이 넓어졌다고 할 수 있으나, 사례관리수행에 대한 이해 및 중요성, 선행연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사례관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 효과적인 사례관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구문제는 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 사례관리수행은 어떠하며, 지역별, 기관현황 및 종사자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 지역아동센터 사례관리수행에 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 업무특성 중(직무, 조직, 전문성요인) 사례관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가? 이다. 연구의 대상은 대전광역시와 충청남도에 위치한 지역아동센터 중 협조를 얻은 기관 260개 기관의 종사자이며, 설문지는 자기기입식(self-reported)으로 125명(회수율 48.1%)이 응답한 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역과 인구사회학적 요인은 지역아동센터에서의 사례관리수행에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 사례관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 설립년도, 과업의 중요성, 지역사회 연계, 전문적 능력으로 나타났다. 즉, 설립년도가 오래될수록, 과업의 중요성을 높게 인식할수록, 전문적 능력이 높을수록, 지역사회 연계 수준이 높을수록 전체 사례관리수행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대전광역시와 충청남도의 260개 기관을 중심으로 조사를 하였기에 그 결과를 일반화하기에는 한계가 있다. 향후 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문적 능력 향상과 지역사회연계 활성화 방안에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to identify factors affecting the Case Management conducted, case management and to effectively present a plan that can be performed. The first research question is, what case management is carried out in the local children"s center workers? and Is there a difference in location, general status and demographic characteristics of the local children"s centers to perform case management Second, what are the factors influencing the community children"s centers performed during the (job, organization, professionalism factor) case management work is characteristic of workers? For this study, data were collected 125 providers who work in 260 Child centers on Daejeon Metropolitan and Chung Nam province. Descriptive, ANOVA and multiple regression test were analysed.
The results of this research, First, The regional location and demographic factors of Case management practices conducted examining were not significant in statistics. Second, Factors affecting the entire case management performance of local children"s center are established floors, the importance of the task, the community association and a professional capacity. In other words, the longer the floors, by increasing awareness of the importance of the task, the higher the professional ability, the higher the level of community association appeared to affect the overall case management performed in local children’s center.
Based on these findings, the implications for the practices and recommendations for further studies would to be presented in the professional knowledge and relationship of community in local child center case-management.
