어린이집 교사의 일과운영 재구성 과정 탐구 - 민간어린이집 1개소를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 일과운영 경험을 토대로 영유아와 교사 모두에게 건강하고 정돈된 일과로 재구성해 가는 과정을 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 2024년 4월부터 5월까지 한 어린이집 교사 5명과 실행연구를 진행하며 집단면담 및 비참여관찰을 각 4회씩 1주일 간격으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 면담 녹음파일 전사자료, 관찰일지, 기타자료이고, 이동성과 김영천(2014)의 귀납적 분석절차에 따라 분석하였다. 교사들의 일과운영 재구성 과정은 현실 인식하기, 변화 시도하기, 깨어나기 순이었다. 교사들은 일과운영의 문제점과 변화의 필요성을 인식하고, 일상생활습관 지도전략과 교사 간의 역할분담 등에 변화를 주며 일과운영을 재구성하였다. 그 과정에서 영유아의 자발적인 참여를 통해 생활의 질서형성을 도모하기 위한 지도방법과 교사들 간에 효과적인 협력의 필요성을 깨닫게 되었고, 스스로 문제를 제기하며 일과운영을 재구성하기 위한 계획도 수립하게 되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 과정중심의 어린이집 평가제 개선, 일상생활습관 지도와 전이시간 운영에 대한 교사교육 강화, 영유아의 자율적인 참여를 위한 일상생활 운영 계획 및 평가, 조직적인 협력을 위한 어린이집 관리체계의 변화를 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explored the process of reconstructing to healthy and orderly routine for both infants and toddlers and teachers based on the routine management that teachers experience in daycare center. To this end, we conducted action research with five teachers at a daycare center from April to May 2024, conducting four group interviews at one-week intervals and conducting non-participant observation four times for each teacher. The collected data are transcription data, observation journals and other data and the results were derived after analyzing according to the inductive analysis procedure of Lee Dong Sung and Kim Young Chun(2014). The process of reconstruction of teachers' routine management was in the following order: perceive reality, attempt to change, and waking up. Teachers recognize the problems and need for change in routine management and daily life habits guidance strategies, and daily life habits guidance strategies and role division among teachers and so on were changed, and routine managements were reorganized. In the process, teachers realized the need for method of guidance for the voluntary participation of infants and toddlers and the formation of order in their lives and need for effective cooperation between teachers. In addition, teachers became able to raise a problem themselves and make a plan to reconstruction their routine management. Based on the results of the study, improve to the process-oriented daycare center evaluation system, strengthening teacher education on daily life habits guidance and transition time management, plan and evaluation of daily life operations for autonomous participation of infants and toddlers, daycare center' management system change for systematic cooperation among teachers were suggested.
