북한 경제강성대국의 제시,실천과 전망

국문 초록 (Abstract)

20세기말 북한 노동당과 북한정부는 대외압력으로 국내가 곤경에 처한 상황하에서 경제진흥계획과 인민생활의 대계를 고양하고 빈곤으로부터 탈피하고자 ``우리식사회주의체제를 기초로, 과학기술을 통한 강성대국을 목표로 경제전략을 수립하였다. 이러한 계획수립에도 불구하고, 이의 실천을 위해서는 몇몇의 결함요소가 존재한다. 2009년 한반도정세는 상당히 침체기로 빠져들어 최근 북핵문제를 중시하는 북미회담와 같은 서광이 비치고 있지만, 여전히 북한경제동향에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여러가지 변수들이 존재하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

At the End of the 20th Century, North Korean Workers Party and the government began planning to rejuvenate Economy and raise the living standards of the people under outside pressure and internal difficult. It launched the economic Strategy which is based on the Socialistic System of North Korean style, by means of development of science and technology, as the goal of building a strong and great power in order to relieve from poverty, and put the economic Strategy into practice, but some restricting factors failed to remedy. A Situation of big rise and fall on the Korean Peninsula in 2009, a Talks has started up between United States and North Korea recently that makes North Korea Nuclear Issue the dawn is Appearing again, but still many variables are bound to affect economic trend of North Korean,
