생체 신호 분석을 통한 감성 추론 기술 개발에 대한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 스마트 헬스케어 분야에서 사용자의 정신 건강 관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히, 우울증이나 불안 장애와 같은 정신 질환은 조기 진단과 치료가 중요하다. 하지만 기존 정신 질환 진단 방법은 주관적인 설문 조사나 임상 심리 검사에 의존하는 경우가 많아 객관적인 진단이 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 생체 신호분석 프로세스를 분석하여 지점(Spot)에서 생체신호(맥파)를 통해 추론된 감성 결과와 동일 시간에 수집한 주관설문 데이터의 일치도를 비교하여 본 과제에서 개발된 생체신호-어휘 감성 추론 모델의 정확도를 검증하였고, 남성 퍼소나의 경우 72.22%, 여성 퍼소나의 경우 74.41%의 정확도를 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, interest in user mental health management has been increasing in the smart healthcare field. In particular, early diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety disorders are important. However, existing mental illness diagnosis methods often rely on subjective surveys or clinical psychological tests, making objective diagnosis difficult. In this study, we analyzed the biosignal analysis process and compared the degree of agreement between the emotional results inferred through biosignals (pulse waves) at the spot and the subjective questionnaire data collected at the same time, and developed the biosignal-vocabulary sensibility in this project. The accuracy of the inference model was verified, and accuracy of 72.22% for the male persona and 74.41% for the female persona was confirmed.
