韓國의 輿論狀況 : 李正權下의 輿論操作을 中心으로 = A Study of the Conditions of public Opinion in Korea : From the point of view of moulding public opinion under Rhee's Government

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse how to mould public opinion under Rhee's reins of government and to find out a new way to improve the feature of public opinion in Korea of today.
Especially I intend to fulfil this purpose by stressing upon the following : (1) The features of public opinion in Korea, (2) the tendencies of moulding public opinion under Rhee's reins of government, (3) the researches in a new way to improve public opinion in health.
Consequently I find the mould of public opinion in Korea unreasonable, for Rhee's Government suppressed the general public opinion of health by its power, and made people accustomed to such a vigorous suppression.
In conclusion, I will briefly summarize the chief propositions as following : (1) Government should try to make people free from its suppression and them express their opinions freely, and (2) government should try to secure the stability of national economy and improve people's lives far more.
