      The purpose of this study was to find the problems in the actual educational environment of sports special ability and aptitude and suggest the solutions for improvement through preview results, so that they can be conducted in more proper and effective way about 69 elementary school in Chunan. I think that the results show the aptitude and sports special ability of the Elementary school in Cluman is not being able to satisfy the requirements of class practicality. These results prove that more important than the aptitude and sports special ability education is the normalization of the preferred coaching contents, scientific instruction methods, more qualitative training methods for the coaches and instructors, with publicity and marketing needed to be more active. Alas, not just only the development of scientifically based training contents for each of the various sports but also that the selection of the sports should be presented and marketed so that the students are encouraged to actively participate as they want to. Furthermore, the preparation of new systematically develop coaching programs must be prepared for training the coaches and instructors, for this process to occur, after continuous depression in the popularity of aptitude and sports special ability of the Elementary school in Chunan the ‘systematic coaching contents’ is expected and it should be able to contribute to the students freedom and creativity aptitude. With this, the future of our education needs to ceaseless be developed, and we need to maintain a deep interest, with more policies set up to help this direction of appropriate development. The instructors in the field, the youth and teenage coaches and instructors need to be exposed to more scientific coaching programs that have been developed from scientifically based studies which we need to work hard to present in the future.
