문화재 교육실조 현상과 사회과교육 = 숭례문 화재사건을 생각하면서

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사회과교육에 있어서 문화재 교육의 정상화를 도모하기 위한 것이다. 2007년 봄에 있었던 숭례문 화재 사건은 사회과교육에 있어서 문화재 교육을 근본적으로 재성찰하도록 요망하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문화재 교육이 미흡한 현상을, 다음 여섯 개로 보았으니 사회과교육에 있어서의 문화재교육실조 현상으로 파악하였다.
1) 침략의식 피암시 현상 2) 역사의식 마비 현상
3) 미완성 역사 검증 현상 4) 정략성 조작 현상
5) 문화감각 부족 현상 6) 침략 상처 미회복 현상
이러한 문화재 교육실조 현상의 원인은 크게 세 가지이다.
첫째로 서세동점에 의한 서구세력의 문화침략으로 한국문화의 오도와 멸실이 많았다.
둘째로 일제침략에 의해 수많은 문화재가 약탈되고, 교육적으로 왜곡 되었다.
셋째로 공산침략에 의한 6ㆍ25전쟁 전후의 흐름에 의해 순수한 한국문화의 변질과 훼손 및 손실이 따랐다. 따라서 문화재 교육실조를 만회하려면, 문화재 철학이 형성된 사람이 되어야 되겠다. 그리고 바람직한 사회과교육이 이루어지게 하여 문화재 교육실조를 미연에 방지해야 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to make normalization of cultural assets education in social studies.
The Sunglyemun gate(Korean national treasure no.1) conflagration at the spring on 2007 year, to reinforce introspection of cultural properties education in social studies.
In this study, the phenomenon of educational malnutrition is categorized six shapes.
1) Suggestion phenomenon by overseas intrusion
2) Paralysis phenomenon of historical thinking
3) Insufficient historical verification phenomenon
4) Political manipulation phenomenon
5) Shortage phenomenon of cultural sense
6) Incomplete recovery phenomenon on foreign intrusive injury
The cause of educational malnutrition phenomenon about cultural assets is 3 types in Korea.
1) Cultural intrusion by European countries
2) Educational malnutrition by Communist attack
3) Cultural destruction by Japanese invasion
So Korean society needs desirable social studies education in school, and ascend the high-class people of eminent cultural thinking.
