부모와의 관계 및 청소년 스트레스 간의 상호작용이 청소년 비행에 미치는 영향 = The Study on Juvenile Delinquency by Interaction between Parent Relationship and Adolescent's Stress

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of interaction between parental relationship and stress on juvenile delinquency based on social control theory and general strain theory about juvenile delinquency. The subjects in this study were 3,125 high-school freshman who had been investigated by KYPS for three consecutive years from their eighth year. Family form and monthly mean household income were selected as the conditional variables of a selected analysis model to have the impact of the variables in control. And how major factors that affected juvenile delinquency worked amid their relationship with other elements concerned was checked in detail in consideration of the gender of the students.
The results of regression analysis showed that the relationship of the interaction between attachment and stress to juvenile delinquency was different according to gender, and that gender made a difference to the main effect of the selected independent variables and the effect of interaction among the variables as well. The findings lent credibility to social control theory and general strain theory, but there was still something to be desired in the study in terms of manipulative definition related to the measurement of relationship and stress.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 비행에 대한 사회통제이론과 일반긴장이론을 바탕으로 부모와의 관계와 청소년 스트레스 사이의 상호작용이 청소년 비행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이다. 조사대상은 한국청소년패널조사의 중2 패널 3차년 조사 자료를 토대로 3,125명의 고등학교 1학년 청소년이다. 개인의 인구 사회적 특성인 가족의 구성형태와 가족 구성원의 월 평균소득을 조건변인으로 분석 모형에 포함시켜 비행에 대한 그 영향을 통제하였다. 그리고 성별에 따라 청소년 비행에 주된 영향을 미치는 요인들이 다른 요인과의 관계 속에서 어떻게 작용하는지 구체적으로 살펴보고자 하였다.
청소년 비행에 대한 부모와의 관계와 청소년 스트레스의 회귀분석결과는 성별에 따라 그 수준이 다르게 나타났으며, 청소년 비행에 대한 독립변인의 효과와 변인 간의 상호작용효과에 따라서도 그 수준이 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 청소년 비행에 대한 사회통제이론과 일반긴장이론을 결합한 통합이론의 주장을 지지하고 있으나, 부모와의 관계와 스트레스의 측정과 관련한 조작적 정의의 문제는 여전히 연구의 제한점으로 남는다.
