수치지적을 이용한 지가관리 정보시스템 구축 = Construction of Land Price Management Information System using Numerical Cadastre

In a modern society such as information society which a lot of information and computer program are available around us, information sharing has been spread out rapidly as internet users increase.
Since a local-self government system is stabilized, a local-self government body has made a lot of efforts to satisfy citizens' divers and complicated requirements in real estate business domain.
In this research the following problems have been identified in dealing with real estate price appraisal process. A paper maps are mostly used when a public officer investigate the real estate. However, in forest and farm land areas, boundaries are not distinctive in many cases and it is difficult to refer a results of last year investigation.
In this study using Numerical Cadastre and PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) equipment has been proposed in investigating real estate price appraisal process. The research area is defined as Chung-buk Jincheon-gun Ducksan-myeon Okdong-ri because the site is planed as an innovation city construction site.
Thus an accurate real estate investigation process is highly required.
The system was designed to integrate digital map and automatic land price valuation program(ALPA) with land attribute database. PDA equipment was applied in field work survey at research sample area. The following advantages have been identified. It was able to find the exact location promptly, convenient for searching attribute data and user friendly interface, etc. It is expected that the system which proposed in this research contribute for improving a quality of real estate pricing administration service and reducing clients complaints.
