독일 유기농업과 생명동태농업의 작물학적 비교 고찰 = Agronomic Comparison of Organic and Bio-dynamic Agriculture in Germany

Organic agriculture has been gotten an attention in Korean society in the later '90 after the demand of safe food was increased rapidly by consumer and an environmentally sound farming system was introduced by government as an official agricultural policy in the future. This paper aims to explain the history and main concepts of German organic agriculture since most of us believe that German organic agriculture initiates it's movement in the world, and furthermore we, Korean organic agriculture, have to learn the experiences, basic principles and skills from them in order to establish it in correct way. The two of biggest organic farming type in German. Bio-organic Agriculture which produce $quot;Bioland$quot; and Bio-dynamic Agriculture which deliver $quot;Demeter$quot; products, were compared historically and economically. And it was also discussed their fundamental principles and skills (including preparation + composting) to make a compost and to cultivate a crop organically in the view of agronomic aspect. In conclusion it was suggested to be studied systematically the mineralization and dynamics of organic nitrogen, mobilization of phosphate and enhancement of soil fertility for organic farmer's field to stimulate Korean organic agriculture in environmentally sound way.
