This dissertation is analyzed what the effect of 2.13 agreement is and viewed how make peace regime on the Korean Peninsula while politic and economic situations of the Korean Peninsula has been changing rapidly. The perfective solution of North Korea nuclear problem is that the governments of North Korea and the U.S.A should be able to make a strategic decision through changing and conceding two nations. Nevertheless, this agreement, which is not easy to cancel, has already been entering basic step, is encouraged through the six-party talks and five-countries Working group conference. Peace regime on the Korean Peninsula has definitely accessed to discussion about South and North korea even if it takes a long time. If the Korean Peninsula denuclearization that they give up the nuclear and between North korea and the U.S.A promote friendship, it will be much faster than now. Even though relationship between North korea and the U.S.A are obviously getting better, neither make sure Korean peace constitution nor remove tension of the Korean Peninsula. However, as i say that if we conversion to line circulating structure the two things(discussion of denuclearization and peace regime on the Korean Peninsula), our peace and coexistence will be fast. South korea should try to make peace regime on the Korean Peninsula and set up the main position of Northeast Asia peaceful security community.
