      I think that it is important to legalize the scope of work to reduce the teacher’s work but it is much more effective to build the institutional system in order to reduce the teacher’s work not related to the teacher’s office, administrative chores and relationships with parents.
      In recent years, school teachers perform tasks that appeal to the most difficult area, regardless of school level, will be the ‘parents relationships’. Parental expectations and the reality of the process of teacher training and in-service training throughout the program, parents and effective communication and consultation techniques, and conflict resolution techniques in order to increase job satisfaction and reduce the difficulty of the parents in relation to the performance of duties of these teachers. If there is encounter a problem or conflict, it is needed to be aware of the need to instead leave it up to the teachers at the school level to establish support measures that can be solved smoothly.
      One of the elements related to teachers’ job performance and struggling, holding the handle on the inside and outside of working hours, school management, support services and other official documents.
