Korea Midland Power Co., LTD.(Komipo) is a representative corporation that is well accomplishing win-win growth with his partners in Korean electricity industry. This paper presents the points of benchmarking issues in the practices of win-win growth by Komipo. They conducted systematic programs and various activities about cooperation and win-win growth with the small and medium businesses. In this case, we introduced precedence researcher Korean type of win-win growth model to explain the true meaning and activities of win-win growth. This case suggests how a corporation can make the competences as well as value creation activities through cooperation. Our findings indicate that coexistence, cooperation, growth, synergy creating and value-added creation are the significant factors for win-win growth in business ecology.
