In the light of Analytical Psychology, Myth is symbolical representation of the unconsciousness. The unconsciousness include that originaly a human being's disposition. Therefore, Myth represent that a human being must be in pursuit of life types, originally.
Firstly, an Analysis of Tangun-Myth in the light of Analytical Psychology, Hwanung is the Ego, Seoja(a child born of a concubine) is the Persona, IngansegeI(the world of mortals) is the Shadow, Gom(bear) is the Anima, Marriage with Ungyeu is the Individuation, and Tangun is the Self.
In the connection between Tangun-Myth and Pastoral Counseling, this is to take harmonize and unificate with the Psychology, the Counseling, and Theology, that is to represent originally Korean's disposition through the individuation of Hwanung.
Through the Tangun-Myth, originally Korean's disposition is that the possibility of the disire, the variation, and the harmony. Those are the very important that understanding for Koreans.
Finally, let the Pastoral Counseling for Korean do to function as it pleases tha understanding for originally Korean's disposition through the Analytical psychology and Tangun-Myth.
