      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      各種藥劑 및 difolatan의 病原性 眞菌類에 對한 抗菌作用을 보기 爲해서 Candida種, Aspergillus種 및 Trichophyton種에 對해서 이들 物質의 發育 抑制作用 및 殺菌作用을 比較하였다.
      Candida種에 對해서 difolatan은 gentian violet 보다 抗菌力이 强하며 Aspergillus種에 對해서도 phenyl mereuric acetate와 같은 殺菌力을 나타내었다.
      Trichophyton種에 對해서도 phenyl mercuric acetate와 比等하나 griseofulvin, miconazole보다는 抗菌作用이 훨씬 强하였으며 tolnaftol보다도 殺菌作用이 强하였다.

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Difolatan, an agricultral fungicidal compound, was studied to know the antifungal effects of both growth inhibitory and fungicidal actions against Candida sp., Aspergillus sp. and Trichophyton sp., and these actions were compared with the currently availalbe therapeutic drugs.
      Against Candida sp. difolatan showed a strong antifungal action as phenyl mecrcuric acetate did and was stronger than the action of gentian violet. However, griseofulvin, miconazole and tonaftol exhibited no such effects at all.
      Growth of Aspergillus sp. was strongly inhibited only by difolatan and phenyl mercuric acetate, and Tricophyton sp. was suppressed strongly by difolatan, phenyl mercuric acetate and tolnaftol, but weakly by griseofulvin.
      fungicidal of difolatan as well as phenyl mercuric acetate were stronger against Trichophyton sp. than Aspergillus sp.
