平生敎育課程 構成要素에 관한 探索 : 成年期 및 老年期敎育을 中心으로 = A Study on Exploring Elements of Curriculum Development of Life-long Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore elements of curriculum development of life-long education especially for the adults and olds.
To achieve the purpose, the specific questions addressed in this study are;
1. What educational objectives should be prepared in life-long education for the adults and olds?
2. What contents and topics should be selected as proper and suitable ones?
3. What kind of methods should be utilized in various educational settings?
4. What kind of evaluation principles should be constructed to measure educational products.
On the basis of findings covering the objectives, contents, methods and evaluation which are the major factors of life-long education curriculum, several conclusions are emerged:
1. The objectives of life-long education should be established in accordance with the developmental tasks of the learners
2. Topics and contents of the education should be built in characteristics of worthiness and interest from the recipients perspectives.
3. The various method can be utilized in accordance with diverse educational settings such as individual and group self-learning, lecture-typed learning, group discussing learning, indoor learning, and regular and irregular class learning.
4. Self-evaluation is major factor in the principles on the evaluation of life-long education.
