놀이치료자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Playtherapists

The purpose of this study is to investigate major factors of playtherapists` job stress. the difference of job stress and the difference of job satisfaction as to their backgrounds; and the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. The summaries of this study are as follows; First, the playtherapists` most stressful factor is economic conditions and next significant factors are the expansion of specialty and working environments. On the other hand, it is reported that the job satisfaction by work itself and human relationship is in high level. Second, according to the result of the difference of job stress as to playtherapists` backgrounds, stress differences among groups can be influenced by such factors as age, yes or no of marriage, academic backgrounds, the career of playtherapy, yes or no of qualification of playtherapy or counsel, the experience of supervision, the place of employment. the type of employment, and the number of cases per week. Third, in the result of having seen the difference of job satisfaction as to playtherapists` backgrounds. satisfaction differences among groups comes out in factors as age, yes or no of marriage, academic backgrounds, the career of playtherapy, yes or no qualification of playtherapy or counsel. the experience of supervision, the place of employment, and the type of employment. The last, the relationship between Job stress and job satisfaction shows a highly negative correlation in consequence of analyzing the relationship in the view of factors as work itself, economic conditions, working environments, human relationship, and the expansion of specialty.
