현대환경행정수법의 법적 특색과 유형 = Legal Features and Patterns of A Modern Environmental Administrative Instrument

The current administrative type can not be handled with a dynamic feature of an Environmental Act in an environmental act area, uncertainty of scientific & economic feature. Accordingly, the Environmental Act has been taking attention as an area with significant spirit of innovation, especially, a general theory of the administrative legal study as a new administrative instrument of "resources" shall be not ignored as a reference area.
In short, the Environmental Administrative Type shall be based upon modem features of integration and separation of the administrative courses as well as elasticity and focus upon conversation and voluntary character and derivation of a private person. In addition, in a type of an administrative pattern, the regulating type of act still occupies a major position, however, by reflecting upon a feature of the environmental administration, derivative type of act and integrated type of act shall be deemed to have a tendency of increasing of importance.
