Based on flow theory and user experience, and focuses on 3-6 year old ASD children as the research subjects. The purpose of this research is to investigate and classify the effects of flow experience elements on user experiences in the process of using an AR game for ASD children, test related hypotheses, and analyze users and data. First, a reliability test was conducted for each element, measuring the reliability, likelihood, and accuracy of each element. Second, the relationship between the ASD Children's flow experience and user experience of the AR game was analyzed, correlation analysis was used. The results showed a strong positive correlation between flow experience and user experience in the ASD children's AR Game. To further analyze these relationships and test our hypotheses, we conducted a regression analysis. The significance level for all empirical analyses in this study was set at p<0.05, and the SPSS26.0 program was used for statistical analysis. Therefore, this research shows that flow experience have a positive impact on user experience. Designers of AR Game should consider the ASD children's user experience (visual experience, reliability experience, social reality experience, personalized experience, usefulness experience, usability experience, interaction experience, emotional experience), flow experience (clear goals, unambiguous feedback, challenge skills, concentration, master control, flow, participation, presence).
