노인의 여가생활과 문화복지적 접근

국문 초록 (Abstract)

노년기는 상실하는 시기이기도 하지만 새로운 것에 대한 창조의 시기임을 고려해 볼 때 노인들이 그들의 생활을 보다 가치 있고 만족스럽게 영위할 수 있기 위해서는 노인을 위한 여가와 문화 활동방안이 마련되어야 한다. 한편 노인인구는 해마다 증가하고 사회구조는 노인에게서 경제활동의 장으로부터 배제되어 있다. 이리하여 노인들은 사회적 역할이 본인의 의지와는 달리 현실적으로 원하지 않는 강제된 여가를 보내고 있다. 이러한 여가는 노인들에게 있어서 즐거움이라기보다는 오히려 고통이라고 보아야 할 것이다. 그러므로 노인들의 여가와 문화 문제를 좀더 객관적이고 논리적 분석을 통해 파악하고 문제를 탐색해 봄으로써 오늘날 대두되고 있는 노인인구의 문제가 보다 안정되고 평화롭고 즐거운 노년의 삶을 영위해 나갈 수 있도록 여건을 조성하는데 조력코자 함이 이 연구의 목적이 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Senescence can be a time of loss, but considering that it is a time for creating new things, plans must be drawn up for the senior citizens to lead a more valuable and satisfactory life. While the number of old population is on the steady increase yearly, the social structure represents displacement of old people from the arena of social economic activities. Thus Their social roles are actually against their will and they are forced to spend unwanted leisure time. These kinds of leisure time can mean a pain, rather than a joy to the aged. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help the old people lead a more stable, peaceful and joyous life by identifying their leisure and cultural problems through a more objective and logical analysis.
