지방자치단체 자체평가운영에서의 장애요인 극복방안에 관한 연구 = An Empirical Analysis of the Local Government Self-Evaluation Operation : Focused on the Evaluation Barrier Factors

The purposes of this study are to analyze the present conditions of the local government self-evaluation operations, and to show the solution plan of the self-evaluation operations barrier factors. The research methods of this study are literature investigations, surveys and personal interviews executed with the 250 public servants who operated self-evaluation. We analyze self-evaluation as a part of performance management, arrange barrier factors of the self-evaluation operations, and attempt actual analysis. According to the analysis results, lack of relation groups' supports, shortage of general public servants' recognitions, and scarcity of financial resources are core barrier factors to overcome.주 제 어: 자체평가, 장애요인, 성과관리
