This study analyzes visitor mobility during the 2025 Gijisi Tug-of-War Festival in Dangjin, Korea, using an Inflow–Stay–Diffusion framework with spending outcomes within a 1 km AOI aggregated by grid. The festival period is compared with a weekday-matched pre-festival period. Telecom data were used to summarize hourly inflow and floating population curves and the evening stay ratio (18:00–23:00), which were assessed using L2 distance with permutation tests and block bootstrap methods. Afternoon inflow and floating population were higher during the festival period, while evidence for structural curve differences was limited. OD records showed that arrivals were concentrated in the afternoon (14:00–19:00; peak at 16:00), and inflow increases were spatially uneven within the AOI. Diffusion results indicated a lower share of visits with recorded next-destination movements but higher average access distance and travel times. Spending totals on matched days were higher during the festival week, whereas transaction counts were lower.
