      To be considered the contact surface of pin and piston importantly as design a piston pin. Especially the 2 stroke engine RPM for 2 wheel vehicle is much higher than 4 stroke engine for 4wheel vehicle and it's at a disadvantage that cooling and lubrication ability. So it is easy to be wore that inner diameter of piston pin hole and outer diameter of pin. Therefore the wear endurance of a pin must be considered sufficiently when design a piston pin.<br/>
      In this paper, we will report the relation of wear of pin outer diameter, shape, heat and<br/>
      surface treatment.<br/>
      We will analyze that the relation that elongation and stress of pin with measuring the degree of wear after endurance test which exchange of shape, heat and surface treatment on real engine and that the elongation and stress with! CAE analysis which each shape of pin.<br/>
