The simplicity and ease of Web led to the explosive growth of web information. As the result, information users have to pay a lot of money and spend more time to look for information they want among vast amount of data in the web.
Therefore, the demand that internet users want to minimize the damage such as multiple storage and double searching has been increasing to quickly and easily obtain the information they require.
Also, the effective management for the information providers is being needed in order to meet the needs of information users and manage efficiently their intellectual property and rights.
Thereupon, the researchers have been studying and developing about the document classification system to manage the data efficiently but the existing document classification system by a statistical-based classification costs a lot for training and updating. And those rarely guarantee the preferred level which the users require.
In this study, I suggest an efficient way of system which ensure the correct information for users and to minimize administrative costs for the management of automated web newspaper classification system.
