해외주재원 조직지원 및 파견교육이 현지적응 및 직무성과몰입에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine the factors related to local adaptation and job performance commitment of expatriate construction managers. Specifically, we examined the influence of pre-departure training, organizational support on expatriate s overseas adjustment and job performance commitment. For this study, we surveyed expatriate construction managers of Korea’s major construction firms. 112 surveys finally analyzed. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 15.0. Results suggest that pre-departure training and organizational support on the adjustment and job performance commitment of expatriate construction managers. However, individual job performance commitment does not play a mediating role between organizational support and dispatch education and overseas adjustment. Based on the results of the study, we suggest implications for effective organization support and dispatch education for overseas expatriates. Overall, the findings enrich our understanding of the role of pre-departure training and organizational support in job performance of expatriate.
