영양섭취여부에 따른 혈당량이 경호경비원의 위기대처 행동능력에 미치는 영향 = Influences of the Blood Sugar Level by the Behavioral Performance Coping with Difficulties in Security Guards

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경호경비 임무 수행에 있어서는 경호대상자에 대한 신변보호, 출입통제와 질서유지, 경계근무 등이 이루어짐은 물론 위기상황발생 시 경호경비원에 의한 신속한 대처능력을 필요로 하게 된다. 이 연구에서는 아침 식사 후 점심 식사 유무에 따른 혈당량과 경호경비원들의 위기대처행동 능력을 평가하기 위해 체력적인 수행능력을 대변하는 무산소성 운동능력검사를 통하여 경호경비원들의 영양섭취 여부에 따른 혈당량과 위기대처행동능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 경호경비실습과 경호무도를 수련하는 경호학과 학생을 대상으로 영양섭취여부에 따른 혈당량이 경호경비원들의 위기대처 행동능력에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 알아보기 위해 점심식사그룹과 결식한 그룹의 혈당검사와 무산소파워테스트 검사를 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 혈당량은 식사 그룹 보다 결식그룹이 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 위기대처 행동능력 중 Mean Power와 체중 당 Mean Power에서는 식사그룹과 결식 그룹의 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 Peak Power와 체중 당 Peak Power에서는 결식그룹이 식사그룹 보다 유의한데 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 최고 파워에 도달하는 시간을 나타내는 Time to Peak Power와 피로를 나타내는 Rate to Fatigue에서도 식사 그룹과 결식 그룹 간에 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 항상 위급한 돌발 상황을 대비해야 하는 경호경비원들에게는 항상 영양섭취상태를 적정 수준이상으로 유지 할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study performed the tests of blood sugar levels and anaerobic powers with respect to the groups with lunch and without lunch in order to investigate the difference in the behavioral performance coping with difficulties in security guards caused by the blood sugar level according to the intake of nutrition for nine students in the department of police and security. Then, the results of this investigation can be summarized as follows; In the blood sugar level, the group without lunch represented a significantly lower level than the group with lunch. Also, in the Mean Power and the Mean Power per weight presented in the behavioral performance coping with difficulties, there were no significant differences between these groups. However, in the case of the Peak Power and the Peak Power per weight, the group without lunch showed a significantly lower level than the group with lunch. Regarding the Time to Peak Power that represents the time to approach the maximum power and the Rate to Fatigue that shows the fatigue, there were no significant differences between these two groups. Thus, it is necessary to maintain a nutrition intake level for more than a proper level for such close guards who cope with outbreaks always.
