시스템論的 組織論에 관한 硏究 : 오쇼네시 理論을 中心으로 = (A) study on the system theoretical organizing theory

Study of modern organizing theory make an attempt mainly system theoretical approach. We do effective management activity through system theory and high efficient organization must be added for achievement of management purpose.
About management organization, system theoretical organizing theory intend to take futare intended open system and the importance is recognized. And result of this study is backed by system theory, and it was systematized by new adaptative system theory right fit for organization management, and it must be guarded against disruption of an individual and organization by this base, and if an individual is not combined with an organization, the object is beyond attainment in a enterprise.
Conflict in a organization is caused by a sudden change-able condition of a enterprise, different valuation, lack of understanding and different purpose each other. And manager must grasp clearly the characteristic and cause according to process of the progress about a conflict and can be realizable maintain of organization and achievement of purpose.
System theoretical organizing theory these days effort to understanding human action in a organization, and make theoretical analysis as an object just as actuality that a organization is active with life, and the conclusion intend to take a guiding principle of concrete organizing management as applied science. Social science must adapt itself to social change, and it will contribute greatly to development of system theoretical organizing theory.
I will refer to it finally
1. We devised a new system by analysis of two theories, and there is no a striking contrast.
2. We must have positive study whether result of new system is fit or not. We must make a thoroughgoing examination through wide theoretical study about poor parts in this study.
We must contribute to efficient rationalization of management about control of system theoretical organizing theory, and we must continue to study about solution to many subjects through system theory.
