공공조직에서 암묵지식 이전을 위한 스토리텔링의 활용 가능성에 관한 경험적 연구의 준비 = The Preparation of Empirical Research on the Possibility of the Tacit Knowledge Transfer through Storytelling in the Public Organization

국문 초록 (Abstract)

조직에서 스토리텔링은 암묵지식을 이전하는 유용한 도구로 인식되고 있지만 한국 공공조직에서 스토리텔링을 활용한 암묵지식의 이전에 관한 접근은 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 본 연구는 공공조직에서 조직 구성원 개인이나 조직이 생성·창출하여 조직화하고 활용하여 축적한 암묵지식을 조직 내부 구성원들 간 이전을 촉진하기 위한 방안으로써 스토리텔링의 활용 가능성을 탐색적 논의를 통해 살펴보고, 실증적 연구를 위한 경험적 조사 틀과 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 개념적 고찰에서는 암묵지식과 스토리텔링에 관한 개념을 살펴보았으며, 조직에서 암묵지식의 중요성과 스토리텔링의 활용 가능성 그리고 암묵지식의 일반적 이전 방법과 이전의 영향요인 등을 정리하였다. 다음 경험적 연구를 위한 조사설계에서는 공공조직의 업무유형별 스토리텔링을 활용한 암묵지식의 이전 정도와 유용성 기대치를 지식소스자와 지식수용자의 관점에서 측정할 수 있는 측정지표와 설문문항을 제안하였으며, 후속연구의 정교화와 구체성 및 실제에서 활용하기 위한 고려사항을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Storytelling is a useful instrument to transfer tacit knowledge within organizations, which is little explored on public sectors in Korea. This paper is suggested an exploratory discussion and the research framework for the application of organizational stories as a method of tacit-knowledge transfer management tool in the public organization. Therefore, the study had two objectives; 1) to explore the potential of storytelling to transfer tacit knowledge among the members of the public organization, 2) to build survey design to identify empirically the transfer level and usability expectations of tacit knowledge through storytelling. In order to achieve the purpose research, it is investigated the concept of tacit knowledge and storytelling and the importance in public organization. In survey design, this paper is proposed indicators, questionnaires, and scale according to the work pattern that can be measured in from the perspective of the sources and recipients of knowledge. Finally, this study is proposed the considerations for a follow-up study.
