장애인식 관련 연극수행활동에 참여한 예비초등교사들의 입장과 견해에 관한 질적연구 = Qualitative research on general elementary school preservice teachers’ perspectives who participated in a disability awareness-themed performance activity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인식 관련 연극수행활동에 참가한 예비 초등교사들의 입장과 견해를 연구방법: 질적연구방법과 장애학적 관점을 사용하여 탐구·분석했다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 2개의 상위주제와 6개의 하위주제가 도출됐다. 상위주제 1인 ‘재구성 연극의 내용과 형식’에서는 3개의 하위주제(원작에 대한 비판적 수용 및 해석, 새로운 스토리텔링, 배리어프리 형식)가 나타났다. 상위주제 2인 ‘연극수행활동이 만드는 교육적 가능성과 함의’는 3개의 하위주제(체화된 지식과 경험, 교사관의 확장과 심화, 새로운 교과목과 수업방식에 대한 관심 및 염원)로 구성됐다. 결론: 마지막으로 연구결과에 대한 시사와 함의점이 논의됐다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purposes: This article seeks to explore the experiences and perspectives of 25 preservice teachers attending a OO University of Education, regarding their disability awareness- themed performance activity. Methods: This article uses a qualitative research method and a disability studies perspective to examine the thoughts of preservice teachers.
Results: Two themes with six sub-themes have emerged out of data collection and analysis. The first theme, 'the content and form of reconstructed drama' includes three sub-themes(1)a critique of an original work;2)a newly recreated storytelling;3)a barrier-free technique). The second theme, 'the educational possibilities and implications of disability awareness-themed performance activity' addresses three sub-themes(1)embodied knowledges and experiences;2)extensions of depths of teaching philosophies;3)interests in and aspirations for new curricula and educational methods). Conclusion: The research findings suggest the drama activity is a useful tool for not only improving disability awareness but expanding teaching philosophies of preservice teachers.
