노인일자리사업 참여노인의 경험에 관한 질적 연구 = 지역사회활동 지원사업 참여노인이 경험한 긍정적 효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업 참여노인이 경험한 긍정적 효과를 질적 연구방법을 통해 알아봄으로써 노인일자리사업의 실증자료 제공 및 활성화를 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 노인일자리사업에 참여하는 12명의 노인을 대상으로 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과 총 65개의 의미단위, 31개의 하위범주 및 8개의 범주가 도출되었다. 노인일자리사업은 노인들의 소득증진, 건강증진, 관계증진, 고독 · 외로움 해소, 사회적 기여, 여가활용, 자아존중감 증진, 자기발전 등의 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면 사업목표의 다양화, 사업의 긍정적 효과성 증진을 위해 정서적 측면을 강화하는 일자리 창출, 사회적 비용 절감 효과를 위해 참여대상자 확대가 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to find out the positive effects of the elderly participating in the senior employment project through qualitative research and provide empirical data on senior employment project and base data to promote the project. To this end, this study was conducted with the targets of 12 elderly people participating in the senior employment project, using qualitative study method. Upon in-depth analysis, 65 concepts, 31 categories, and 8 themes were drawn. Showed that senior employment project had effects such as increasing income for elderly people, improving health, relationship enhancement, relieving loneliness and solitude, social contribution, enjoying leisure time, self-esteem enhancement, and self-improvement. To make policy suggestions based on the result of this study, there should be diversification of project goals, making employment to strengthen emotional aspect, increased number of participants.
