교육과정 결정에 있어서의 국가의 간섭 조건

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to reveal conditions by which intervention of the state in curriculum decision could be justified. The conditions were as follows: 1) When the intervention is beneficial for children/adolescents 2) When it is beneficial for public good 3) When children/adolescents cannot made right decision because of lack of cognitive ability. The state could have rights to intervene in curriculum decision under these conditions. However, more positive intervention of state is needed when autonomous action of children/adolescents is harmful for themselves and common good. In this respect, concentrated completion of subjects and career-focused course in revised national curriculum 2009 seemed to be excessive regulations that transgress boundary of state intervention.
