This stud y analyzed the learning characteristic when mid dle school students are learning incenter and circumcenter of triangle u sing various mat hema t ica l tool s. To do t hi s, I have developed the learning sheets of incenter and circumcenter of triangle u sing various tools such as origami, ruler and compass dividers, GeoGebra, sand experiment. I have identified the m eaning of each tool and compared with meri t and demerit by analy zing the student s' learning characteristics during the process applied it to d iff erent groups of students.
The summary of this study is as followings below :
1. The experiment of incenter and circumcenter of triangle using genetic m ethod off ers the learning opportu nit ies that can have students divergent t hinking by stimulati ng intellingent curiousit y .
2.Incenter and circumcenter of triangle wit h various mat hematica l tools helps students assume mathemati cal properti es and to verif y them.
3.Students have diff iculty to verit y deducti vely about discovered properties although incenter and circumcenter of triangle using vano us mathemati cal tool s helps them understand t hings intuitively.
4.Incenter and circumcenter of triangle using vanous mathematical tools gives positive eff ect on student' s aff ective domain.
5.Because the experiment using sand off ers visual images about method of per pendicula r bisector drawing figures, it definitly need s to be used in the learning about circumcenter of triangle.
6.There are potential wea kness in using variou s mat hema t ica l tools in the students' learning of incenter and circumcenter of triangle. So it needs to expect the weakness of learning mathematic using specif ied tools and to design cla ss not making misconcepts for student s.
