이부세 마스지(井伏鱒二)의 초기 소설에 나타난 사실(写実) 인식 연구 - 「강(川)」의 문체적 특징을 중심으로 - = Awareness of Realism in the Early Novels of Masuji Ibuse - Focusing on the Variability of Perspective Found in “The River” -

本研究では、井伏鱒二の「川」にあらわれる文体表現の可変性に着眼し、<新興芸術派>の解消が目されていた頃の井伏の写実意識と、新しいリアリズムをめぐる昭和初頭の文壇のエクリチュールについて考察してみた。
「川」には、自然物を擬人化する一方で、人間への感情移入は徹底的に避ける独特な叙述スタイルによって滑稽味が醸し出されている。こうした作品の叙述スタイルは、自然主義文学の写生的な文章表現と、人間の〈モノ化〉に徹しつつ主観を露骨にするモダニズム文学の文章表現との融合を想定させるものであると考えられる。その一種可変的な視点と文体に注目することで、作品からは人間の生理的·心理的構図をおのずと浮き上がってくるのである。
「川」が発表されたのは、いわゆる<エロ·グロ·ナンセンス>を標榜したモダニズム文学が衰退し、<新心理主義文学>と呼ばれる〝新しい〟文体表現が脚光を浴びた時期でもある。本論を通して、新·旧のリアリズムの融合を図ることによって、新しいリアリズムをめぐる同時代の文壇に要請に積極的に取り組んでいく井伏の包容力に満ちた営みを明らかにしてみたいと思う。

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focuses on the variability of stylistic expression found in Masuji Ibuse’s “The River”(川) and attempts to examine Ibuse’s awareness of realism at a time when the “New Artistic School”(Shinkō Geijutsuha) was expected to dissolve, while also focusing on the writings concerning the “new” realism by the literary circles in the early Showa period.
In “The River”, humour is created through the adaptation of a unique narrative style that anthropomorphizes natural objects while avoiding any empathy towards humans. This narrative style accentuates the physiological and psychological structure of human beings and suggests a fusion between the objective style of naturalist literature and modernist literature, which emphasizes subjectivity while maintaining the “objectification” of humans.
“The River” was published at a time when modernist literature, which advocated so-called “ero-guro-nansensu”, was in decline, and the “new” style of writing called “Neo-psychological School”(Shinshinrishugi bungaku) was in the spotlight. The aim of this paper is to shed light on Masuji Ibuse’s receptive approach to the demands of the literary world of the time regarding the “new” realism, by attempting to create a fusion of the old and new realism, and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the versatility of his works.
