Kimura's disease is a chronic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology and characterized by angiolymphoid proliferation which involves the subcutaneous tissue, salivary gland and regional lymph node on neck. On peripheral blood, eosinophilia and elevation of serum IgE are characteristically present. The histopathologic changes consist of follicular lymphoid hyperplasia with interfollicular eosinophils and proliferation of thin-walled blood vessels. We experienced Kimura's disease associated with regional lymph node enlargement on neck, which was treated with mass excision and report it with a review of the literature.
