성인지적 관점에서 여성장애인을 위한 직업재활예산 분석 = The Analysis of Vocational Rehabilitation Budget for the Handicapped Women on gender sensitive perspective

The aim of this research is to analyze the budget expenditures and to propose the necessity of gender sensitive budgets. We make an analysis budgets for the job placement and vocational rehabilitation ones among general budgets areas.
This study found that the handicapped women's budgets are very small and they are rarely gender sensitive perspective in budgets. And they are not included the budgets for after management and contents development, so they result in gender inequality in terms of women's participations and costs.
This study will contribute to identify the reality of gender blinded budgets and to propose the necessity of gender budgets for the handicapped women' s equality, the construction of gender statistics, and the education for the public officials.
