      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study is to suggest a practical application example of establishment and settlement of learning organization in social welfare organizations by examining the process of establishment and operation status of learning organization using action learning at S Rehabilitation Center. Learning organization is not established in a short period of time, but is established through a process that involves a long-term learning activities at individual, team and organizational levels. S Rehabilitation Center attempted various team learning activities before the learning organization was established, and is continuing to support the settlement and vitalization of learning organization in the center through a long-term process involving construction of learning organization using action learning and operation of learning organization. Establishment of learning organization using action learning consisted of 5 stages, which are acknowledgement of problem, selection and organization of team, promotion of team interaction, team activity seeking solution, and evaluation of team activity result and assessment for future direction. This study did not verify the changes in perception or attitude of organizational members before and after the establishment of learning organization, the organizational base or result of establishment in specific study methods. However, by presenting the process of establishment and operation of learning organization using action learning, it has suggested an empirical and practical case in the establishment and operation of learning organization in social welfare field.
