Experimental and analytical investigations are performed to estimate the losses of longitudinal prestress. The longitudinal tensile stress is evaluated by the analytical solution considering temperature and shrinkage. Based on the results of push-out tests, the equation of strength and initial shear stiffness of shear connection are suggested. The effects of the distribution of shear connectors and design methods on the behavior of composite bridge are estimated using partial interaction theory. Composite beams are fabricated and static and fatigue tests are carried out. The effects of shear stiffness reduction, bonding and friction on the flexural stiffness reduction of composite beam are investigated and fatigue behaviors of shear connection are examined. Serviceabilities such as crack and leakage are examined thorough the experiments of composite bridge. Crack patterns are observed and residual punching shear strength is evaluated through punching shear tests. The method of Analysis considering construction steps is suggested.
