가구유형에 따른 노인의 죽음불안 영향 요인에 관한 연구 = Factors Affecting Death Anxiety by Family Type Among the Aged; From the Ecosystem Perspectives

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가구유형에 따른 노인의 죽음불안에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 생태체계적 관점에서 파악하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구 대상은 서울시에 거주하는 독거노인 691명과 65세 이상의 노인부부가구의 노인 1,215명으로 생태체계적 관점에 기초하여 인구사회학적 특성, 개인체계 특성 및 환경체계 특성으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 통계 분석 방법으로는 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, t-test와 분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 죽음불안에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 독거노인가구의 경우 개인체계 요인들 중 종교유무, 죽음준비 여부, 삶의 만족도와 환경 체계요인들 중 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만 노인부부가구의 경우에는 개인체계 요인들 중 주관적 경제상태, 주관적 건강상태, 삶의 만족도와 환경체계들 중 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 노인의 죽음불안을 낮추기 위한 사회복지 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

This study aims to find factors affecting death anxiety among elderly people from ecosystem perspectives such as micro and macro system. For this study, 691 elderly people living alone and 1215 elderly couples were attended and analysed by ecosystem perspectives from socioeconomic characters, micro and macro system. Frequency, t-test, correlation, and multiple regression were used to this study. The results showed that for elderly living alone, the significant factors affecting death anxiety were religion, readiness of death, life satisfaction among micro variables and social support among the macro variables. For elderly couples, the significant factors affecting death anxiety were subject economic status, subjective health status and life satisfaction among micro variables and social support among the macro variables. This results will discuss implications for social work practices and social work policy.
