국제 규범의 제도화로서 적극적 평화주의 = 집단적 자위권을 향한 일본의 도전과 딜레마

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper tries to examine the norms as a ‘proactive contribution to peace’ and through what processes it has been institutionalized in the international society. The main argument is political implications about the conservative swing in Abe’s regime claiming the right to collective self-defense. This paper illuminates a structural spectrum associated with Washington’s strategy toward Beijing as a competitive forces and shift alliances. Moreover, this study pays attention to how Japan’s active contribution to peace is projected the international relation in Northeast Asia through the analysis of ordinary national policy which claims Abe’s Regime aggressively. In terms of reinterpreting international norms, system configuration that Japan’s proactive contribution to peace is deformed from ‘passive’ to ‘active’ are expressed as transformational realism associated with characteristics of reaction actively, consecutive reaction and driven on new order. These attempts will contribute to predicting and analyzing in accordance with the discussion over constitutional amendment what Japan’s stances are and political implications of proactive contribution to peace through theorizing work on the deformability of international norms.
