아파트 리모델링 사업에서 물리적 주거환경 변화가 수익성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study considers remodeling project as a rehabilitation project in which, without changing the location conditions of the apartment, brings about physical changes that alters its characteristics and residential comforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of the apartment remodeling business and the extent of
their effect. As as result of the study, it was found that uniform enlargement of residential area and addition of rooms and washrooms had negative effect on profitability. On the other hand, changes to the level of residential convenience, such as changes in structural plane of the apartment (addition of bays), and addition of parking lots were found to have positive effect on profitability. It is hoped that the result of this study regarding the
physical change factors affect the profitability of the apartment remodeling projects will contribute to improvement of remodelling policies and future remodeling projects.
