산림 교육프로그램의 평가지표 도출에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Evaluation Indicators for Forest Education Programs

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With a view to improve utilization of forest education programs in the field and to upgrade the quality of their educational contents, the outline, implementation, management, and performance of the forest education programs were fed back by means of AHP method for the field education specialist group, which derived 4 scopes of evaluation, 9 evaluation items and 18 evaluation indexes as follows: The evaluation indicator considered to be most important in evaluating the forest education progr is ‘suitability of the processing method’, which can evaluate whether such method would fit to the contents and activities of the program. The next priority indicators are found to be ‘grade of participation in processing method’, ‘expertise of activists’, ‘safety management plan’, ‘continuity of goals’, etc. In particular, it is noteworthy to find that the top priority is given to the safety management plan after it is ensured that the evaluation indicators are all concerned for ‘program execution’ and an activist with sufficient experiences and expertise is involved in operating the contents and activities appropriate to the forest education program while encouraging users’ curiosity and active participation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현장교육 전문가 집단을 대상으로 AHP기법을 통하여 산림 교육프로그램의 개요, 실행, 관리, 성과확인을 피드백하여 4개의 평가영역과 9개의 평가항목, 18개의 평가지표가 도출되었다. 이를 산림 교육프로그램의 현장 활용성 및 교육내용의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 산림 교육프로그램을 평가하는데있어 가장 중요하게 생각되는 평가지표는 ‘진행방법 적합성’으로, 이는 프로그램 진행방법이 내용 및 활동에 적합한지를 중심적으로 평가한다. 다음으로 우선 시 되는 평가지표는 ‘진행방법 참여도’, ‘활동가 전문성’, ‘안전관리 계획’, ‘목표의 연속성’ 등의 순으로 나타났다. 특히 평가지표가 모두 ‘프로그램 실행’에 해당하며 충분한 경험과 전문성이 확보된 활동가가 이용자의 호기심과 능동적인 참여를 유도하면서 산림 교육프로그램에 적합한 내용과 활동을 진행하고 있는 것이 확보될 때, 그 다음으로 최우선 시 되는 부분은 안전관리 계획임에 주목할 수 있다.
