The current plyometric training is poorly applied as a research and training program in the field of soccer sports. plyometric training is the basic principle of extended reflexes of muscles, which causes explosive muscle contraction. This helps soccer players develop basic physical strength and athletic performance(muscular power, maximum strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular endurance, agility, coordination, etc)they need. Therefore, it is thought that plyometric training, which is currently limited to some events, will have a positive effect when applied to soccer training programs.
But there are preconditions. First, the physical condition and physical strength level of the individual competitors must be correctly evaluated before starting. Second, be aware of and proceed with the precautions and guidelines during training. Third, the training program is applied according to the one-year training plan, such as season and off-season.
