국문 초록 (Abstract)

◆ 연구목적
국내외 생물안전 동향 파악을 통하여 용도별 및 등급별 생물안전 시설 검증기술 기준을 개발하여 인체위해 생물안전 연구시설을 설치하고 운영하는 기관에서 활용하도록 제공하고자 함.
◆ 연구내용
◦ 유전자변형생물체법 및 같은 법 통합고시 분석
◦ 국내외 관련 법률 및 기준 비교 분석
◦ 전문가 자문 및 유관기관 관계자 의견 수렴
◦ 보건복지부 소관 용도별, 등급별(3,4등급), 생물안전 연구시설 및 생산공정이용시설 관련 통합 검증기술서(안) 마련
◦ 국내외에서 통용되는 기준 조사, 분석 및 참고문헌 제시
◆ 기대효과
◦ 용도별(동물이용, 대량배양, 곤충이용 등), 등급별(BL3, 4) 연구시설 운영 수요 발생에 따른 생물안전 시설 운영 기관에서 시설 현장 및 설비 검증 등에 직접적으로 활용 가능한 검증기술서 제공

New guideline, the results of anlaysis of domestic and global biosafety trends, for validation by use and level in biosafety facility is helpful to institution for personnel handling potentially dangerous micro-organisms of installation and operation biosafety facility.
