다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the background and important contents of the reform policy on labor problem by English conservative government since 1979. The target of the reformation on labor policy was to stabilize the industrial relations, enhance the flexibility of labor market and to stabilize price and wage; so distribute for enhancing labor productivity and economic development with the strategy of labor exclusion. They appraised this strategy was considerably efficient for the social stabilization and economic recovery in the United Kingdom. These reformative policy of English conservative government has good suggestion for the reformation on labor policy in Korea.
