도시의 혁신산업 구조와 지역 혁신성에 관한 연구 = Studying the Urban Innovation Industry Structure and Regional Innovation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라 도시들의 특성을 고려한 도시 혁신산업 구조와 지역 혁신성 간 관계를 설명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전국 229개 지자체 단위의 전통제조업과 혁신산업 고용에 영향을 주는 지역특성을 분석했다. 한국표준산업분류에 의한 사업체 기초통계자료와 산업단지 정보, 통계청과 지자체의 다양한 지역 통계 자료를 이용하여 다중회귀분석 모형과 공간계량경제모형을 적용하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 전통제조업의 고용 클러스터는 서울을 제외한 수도권과 동남권에 집중되어 있다. 반면 혁신산업 고용은 서울을 포함한 수도권에 집중되어 있다. 둘째, 전통제조업과 혁신산업의 고용에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 공통적인 지역요인은 아파트 비율, 벤처기업, 혁신클러스터, 전통제조업 고용자 수의 증가율로 나타났다. 셋째, 전통제조업과 혁신산업이 공존할 수 있는 지역 정책이 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시 혁신산업 정책을 포함한 다양한 혁신 경제·사회 문제에 대한 해결방안을 모색할 수 있다.

This study conducted big data analysis to understand the theory and practice of urban regeneration, focusing on academia and media. Through the analysis results, the direction of urban regeneration was proposed in the future. Research data collected data from papers and articles related to urban regeneration. The analysis was conducted using frequency analysis and BERTopic. The main analysis results are as follows. First, academia and media suggested key elements of urban regeneration for regional revitalization. Second, the problem related to urban regeneration is a common concern. Third, Techniques applicable to urban regeneration were noted. In this way, urban regeneration is a multidimensional concept that can be approached from various aspects beyond simply improving space. For future urban regeneration, it is necessary to consider historical and cultural resources, local communities, education and safety, IT technology,. In addition, in order to alleviate the side effects of urban regeneration, an integrated urban regeneration model that combines various aspects related to urban regeneration must be established.
