학교 조직의 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS) 수용 요인에 관한 구조적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교육행정정보시스템의 최종 사용자인 교사가 시스템 사용을 결정하는 데 있어 영향을 미치는 요인들은 무엇인지 확인하고, 그 요인들 간의 상호종속 관계를 파악하여 학교현장의 수용 관점을 반영한 교육행정정보화 정책의 시사점과 개선방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 교육행정정보시스템 사용자에 영향을 미치는 외부 요인들(개인적 요인, 조직 구조적 요인, 정보시스템 자체의 요인)을 추가하여 기술수용 모델을 확장하였으며, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술수용 모델의 주요 변수인 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성은 현장의 교사들이 교육행정정보시스템을 수용하는 데 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사개개인의 교육행정정보시스템 수용은 정보시스템 자체의 요인, 조직 구조적 요인, 개인적 요인의 순으로 영향을 받는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was intended to examine factors that influence policy implementers' acceptance of National Education Information System(NEIS) in school organizations. This study used the technology acceptance model and extended it by investigating the impact of the external factors(i.e., individual, organizational, information system) on the user acceptance of NEIS. Specifically, the individual factors consisted of affection and computer self-efficacy. And the organizational factor was subjective norm and that of information system was information system quality. This study employed questionnaire survey for 1,100 teachers in elementary and secondary schools. For the statistical analysis of the results, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model were executed using SPSS and AMOS programs.
Major findings from research questions are as follows: First, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, affection, computer self-efficacy, subjective norm, and information system quality have a significant effect on acceptance of NEIS. Especially, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use which are principal variables of technology acceptance model are the most influential variables in acceptance of NEIS. Secondly, the factor of information system is the strongest external variable in acceptance of NEIS. The organizational factor is the second most influential factor, and the third is the individual factor. Each factor has a significant effect on one another. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use mediate between these factors and use intention.
