The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of body composition and physical fitness after 12 weeks of practice with middle-aged women centered on Bihar Yoga Pawanmuktasana group. practice. In this study, 15 middle-aged women in B yoga center, J sports center, and H fitness in G metropolitan city were performed three times a week for 12 weeks. The yoga program consisted of 10 minutes of preparation exercise, 40 minutes of exercise, 10 minutes of finishing exercise. The results of the analysis were as follows. The results were as follows. And muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance test were examined.
1. Body weight, BMI, obesity and WHR before and after 12 weeks of Bihar Yoga Pawanmuktasana group training significantly decreased(p<.001).
2. After 12 weeks of exercise, the changes in strength, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance were significantly increased in the Bihar Yoga Pawanmuktasana group(p<.001). And muscle endurance was also increased(p<.05).
In conclusion, the Bihar Yoga Pawanmuktasasana group practice program was found to help improve body composition and improve physical fitness. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the Bihar Yoga Pawanmuktasana group practice is suitable for yoga training suitable for training with this program if it increases the frequency of asana and strength, It is thought that various follow-up studies will be needed for subjects of different sexes and different ages as well as middle-aged women.
