국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기존의 문헌을 통해 가족탄력성 및 가족스트레스의 개념과 주요 요소들을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 위기에 처한 가족들이 가족의 탄력성을 발견할 수 있는 가족복지서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 가족탄력성과 가족스트레스 간의 일정한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 가족탄력성은 가족관계를 향상시켜 가족을 하나의 보호요인으로 기능하게하며, 스트레스의 부정적인 영향을 조절하여 장애인가족의 스트레스, 만성질환아동의 스트레스, 이혼 스트레스를 완충시키며, 가족적응과 가족관계에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 이런 결과는 가족스트레스가 일정 수준 이상으로 존재한다 할지라도 가족이 탄력성을 가지고 있다면 위기에 처한 개인은 일상생활에서의 스트레스를 충분히 극복하며 기능적으로 살아갈 수 있다는 사실을 시사해준다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the concepts and major components of family resilience and family stress based on existing literature in an effort to facilitate the qualitative improvement of family welfare service geared toward helping beleaguered families to boost their family resilience.
It's found in this study that there was a definite relationship between family resilience and family stress. Family resilience enables a family to function as one of protective factors by improving family relations, and that serves to regulate the negative influence of stress, to relieve the stress of families with disabled people, the stress of children with chronic diseases and the stress of divorced families, and to have a positive impact on family adjustment and family relations.
The findings suggest that although there is a certain level of family stress, individuals who are at a crisis are able to get rid of their daily stress and lead a functional life if their families are resilient.
