도가의 양생학과 심신수양의 현대 체육학적 의의 = The Modern Physical Educational Meaning of the Curing Studies of Tao and the Cultivation of the Body and the Mind : Cultural anthropological approach

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to reveal the meaning of curing and mind cultivation through the details of the modern meaning of Tao’s curing and mind cultivation theory, accordingly. Also, in order to identify the influence of Tao’s idea on curing and mind cultivation theory and the physical educational meaning in them, the study obtained the following results by conducting research into the meaning of Tao’s curing and mind cultivation in relation to modern physical education in four directions. First, it is a trait of the respect of life. Second, it is the pursuit of sound body and mind through the harmony of body and spirit. Third, it is the reinforcement of the function of controlling desire. Fourth, it is communicative mind cultivation between the human and nature.
