성장혼합모형을 적용한 공공임대주택 거주자의 이웃 연결성 변화 분류 및 영향요인 검증 -고령 1인 가구를 중심으로- = Classification of Changes in Neighborhood Connectivity among Residents of Public Rental Housing and Verification of Influencing Factors applying Growth Mixture Model -Focusing on Elderly Single-person Households-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study classified latent classes according to changes in the neighborhood connectivity of elderly single-person households living in public rental housing in Seoul and demonstrated the factors that affect the classification. As a result of growth mixture model analysis, three latent classes were derived. It consists of a ‘high-level maintenance group’ that maintains a high initial value, an ‘increasing group’ that starts with a low initial value and increases significantly, and a ‘decreasing group’ with a low initial value that continuously decreases, accounting for 41.58%, 41.30%, 17.12% respectively. As factors involved in the classification of the latent classes, low stress and good bodily function performance increased the probability of belonging to the high-level maintenance group. In the case of using community facilities, the possibility of belonging to the high-level maintenance group increased, and good senior-friendly facilities inside the housing increased the possibility of belonging to the increasing group compared to the decreasing group. Finally, males or higher education levels were less likely to belong to the high-level maintenance group, and the more offspring there were, the higher the probability of belonging to the high-level maintenance group and increasing group than the decreasing group. The results of the study provide management implications for what kind of support should be provided so that elderly single-person households living in public rental housing can enter the minimum safety net through neighborhood relationships.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 서울시 공공임대주택에 거주하는 고령 1인가구의 이웃 연결성에 대하여 변화 양상에 따라 잠재계층을 분류하고 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증하였다. 성장혼합모형 분석 결과, 총 3개의 잠재계층이 도출되었다. 높은 초기값을 유지하는 ‘고수준 유지 집단’, 낮은 초기값으로 시작하여 유의하게 증가하는 ‘증가 집단’, 낮은 초기값이 지속 하락하는 ‘감소 집단’으로 구성되며 각각 전체의 41.58%, 41.30%, 17.12%를 차지하였다. 잠재계층 분류에 관여하는 요인으로 낮은 스트레스와 양호한 신체기능 수행 정도가 고수준 유지 집단에 속할 확률을 높였다. 커뮤니티 시설 이용의 경우 고수준 유지 집단에 속할 가능성을 증가시켰고, 양호한 주택 내부의 고령친화시설은 감소 집단 대비 증가 집단에 속할 가능성을 증가시켰다. 마지막으로 남성이거나 교육수준이 높을수록 고수준 유지 집단에 속할 확률이 낮았고, 자녀 수가 많을수록 감소 집단보다 고수준 유지 집단, 증가 집단에 속할 확률이 높았다. 연구의 결과는 공공임대주택에 거주하는 고령 1인 가구가 이웃 관계를 통해 최소한의 안전망에 들어올 수 있도록 어떠한 지원이 마련되어야 하는지 관리적 시사점을 제공한다.
